Returns policy

Above all, we want satisfied customers and we will always do our best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, in the event of a dispute, you should be aware of our returns policy, as set out below.

1. RETURNS

Please contact us to arrange a return, via email at info@beagleproducts.com.

Beagle operates a 30-day returns policy. Any product may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, providing that it has not been used. Faulty products may be returned for a like-for-like exchange up to 6 months after the despatch date. We reserve the right to make a charge to replace or repair a faulty product after this date.

In all cases a valid proof of purchase is required for any return.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. POSTAGE
Please do not post any products to us before you have contacted us to arrange a return. If you have not arranged a return you may be liable for any postage costs.

  • If you no longer want the product, you may return it to us so that it arrives with us within 30 days of purchase, in order to receive a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of postage in this case.
  • If you believe your product is faulty, you may return it so that it arrives with us within 6 calendar months of purchase for a like-for-like replacement. If the product is faulty, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the item to us, using bank details you provide to us, or via PayPal.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item reaches us in good order. It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
